This grocery project was tenant improvements for repeat client Aldi--a global discount supermarket chain. Existing suites were turned into a remodeled space for the new 19,500 square feet Aldi store. Recess loading dock, façade remodel, new electrical service, hardscape and landscape were all part of the scope.
